The Foreign Liaison and Foreign Lawyer Registration Committee attached to the RBA in Poznań accepts applications from advocates who are Ukrainian citizens in Poland who hold a qualification equivalent to that of advocate in Poland. The registration application must be in Polish. A Polish certified translation must be provided with any other documents not written in Polish.
If the applicant appoints a proxy to deal with all registration-related formalities, the proxy granted must be submitted with the application.
