The Greater Poland Arbitration Court was created in collaboration with the Greater Poland Advocate Bar Association at the initiative of Greater Poland chambers of commerce to enable undertakings to obtain judgments more quickly and cheaply, and in a procedure that ensures discretion.
As one of the forms of alternative dispute resolution, arbitration gives advocates new areas for professional activity. We recommend advising clients to include an arbitration clause naming the Greater Poland Arbitration Court in their contracts, and also recommend to our colleagues that they consider including an arbitration clause naming the Greater Poland Arbitration Court in their contracts with clients, as this is a quicker and more discrete way of hearing cases. A link to the Greater Poland Arbitration Court website is provided below. The tribunal’s arbiters include advocates approved by the RBA. We recommend visiting the site at: www.arbitrazwielkopolski.pl
